We aim to despatch all orders placed before 4pm on any working day the same day. Although the vast majority of orders are delivered within between 24 and 48 hours, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.
Please be aware that all office supplies orders taken via the telephone or fax are not processed until the following working day.
Royal Mail are our carriers for deliveries. Citylink are our carriers for heavy or more expensive items.
UK Mainland deliveries should be made 24-48 from time of order but, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery can take up to 15 days.
We are unable to track Ordinary Royal Mail post until this period has elapsed and we take no responsibility for it.
If delivery has not taken place within 28 days of the date of dispatch, and the customer has not informed us, we will take no responsibilty for it's loss.
