Should you experience any problems with our products you should contact us immediately through our customer service help Desk on 0844 3303 154.

We have a comprehensive guarantee policy which you will find under Guarantees and refunds section.

Please note - We are unable to accept goods no longer required by the customer if 21 days have passed since the date of purchase, unless the goods are faulty.

Please be aware that any returned products will need to have a reference assigned to them. If a customer sends an item back to us without having been given a return reference number then we will take no responsibility for any replacements or any refund.

Refunds can take upto 28 days.
